Rose Anderson trained with Valerie Austin, a well-respected hypnotherapist and author of five books who practices in London and the USA.

Rose holds a diploma in Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy and specialises in hypnotherapy and healing.

Rose is also qualified to practice aromatherapy, reflexology and therapeutic massage, specialising in reducing stress and anxiety, stopping smoking in as little as one hour, weight reduction and chronic fatigue conditions.

  WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ADVANCED HYPNOTHERAPY
AND TRADITIONAL HYPNOTHERAPY?
 
    Advanced structured hypnotherapy involves gaining direct access to the subconscious mind. This is more involved than suggestion hypnosis alone. the client receiving advanced structured hypnotherapy can expect to clear the problem in as few as 3-5 sessions.
Traditional hypnotherapy uses suggestions alone which may mean numerous sessions.
Hypnotherapy is about facilitating clients to make changes for themselves.
